She was absolutely correct, and I’m glad I listened, and made the call. Update: I have continued to use Cook's for several issues that have come up during the past year or so (e.g., appliance repairs, irrigation, drainage) and have continued to be impressed with their breadth of knowledge and skill, the integrity they bring to their work, and their dedication to client satisfaction. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else. You shouldn't either. Another update: Most recently, I asked them to help with removal and replacement of kitchen sink (and associated fixtures, including reverse osmosis filtration and garbage disposal) to allow for some countertop repair by another contractor. As per usual, they were quick to respond, and they worked seamlessly with the other contractor to minimize our downtime and to provide us with 100% temporary functionality during the somewhat protracted repair process). Can't say enough good things about their client care and attention to detail.

Water heater went out, called them first thing in the morning. Ryan called back with replacement options and quotes. Came out that afternoon and replaced and upgraded our water heater. He also fixed issues with improper installation of the previous water heater. He worked quietly and efficiently and left the work area clean when he was finished. Highly recommend. Will use again.
